So Brandon had an appointment with the allergist today, it was crazy what they did, they marked his arms with 42 marks, and poked/scratched each one with different types of trees, weeds, grass, different animals, and molds, the ones that swelled you knew he was allergic to. Each one was numbered, then they gave us a list of what each number was, and a book of what each tree, weed, or plant looked like, it was actually pretty funny if you could watch us, "ooo what's number 27 it's getting big", "oh that ones sagebrush, or timothy grass, or some other random plant."
This picture was just a few minutes after they poked him. They told him they were concerned about how allergic he might be, so the nurse checked on him after about 5 minutes (the test takes 20 min.), and put a steroid cream on some of them, because it was apparent there was some irritation. If you look really close his left wrist was HUGE.
If you didn't know getting allergy shots are quite the commitment, for the first 6 months you have to go 2 a week, then after that it's once a week, every other week then once a month, it's like a 5 year process. good gravy.

That so does not look like fun. I am so sorry for Brandon. Please send him my condolences.
